At recent ITE Graduation Ceremony, SPETA was a proud sponsor of the Singapore Precision Engineering And Technology Association Gold Medal presented by Desmond Lee, Minister for Education, and the Minister-in-Charge of Social Services Integration to Muhammad Nur'Iman Bin Badrul Hesham, who was also awarded the Bronze Course Medal at ITE WSDip Graduation Ceremony in 2024.

Iman is now an Assistance Maintenance Engineer overseeing corrective and preventative maintenance of defectivity and metrology tools at STMicroelectronics. Iman has shown strong perseverance and even implemented a solution that protected engineers from exposure to high voltages during maintenance work.

In his words "My success wouldn't have been possible without my supervisor, Mr Alvin Foo, who believed in me even when I doubted myself. I'm amazed at how much I've grown and achieved over the years - I would never have imagined this for myself".
